Emilia Romagna 🇮🇹- this region is a MUST for foodies We visited Parma (for the famous ham/prosciutto), Modena (amazing balsamic vinegar, some aged for 100 years!), Bologna (amazing ragu over tagliatelle) and of course the region is also home to the famous Parmesan Reggiano, PLUS tortellini, tortelloni, and tortelli. It was almost too much (but of course it wasn’t 😉). Throw in all the amazing local wines (pignoletto, Sangiovese and red sparkling Lambrusco), beautiful towns with tons of pedestrianised streets, medieval architecture……it’s a winner all around.
We know our clients love to visit the likes of Rome, Florence, Tuscany, Amalfi…..but when you are ready to explore (and eat) a bit further we’ve got it covered 🍝🇮🇹🌟
